Periodic meetings are held and several field visits are organized to the sub-units of assessment and evaluation in the faculties to respond to the various inquiries of the unit managers.

A set of recorded training videos is prepared on different topics so that the faculty member can refer to them when needed through the unit's YouTube channel.

Ticketing system has been designed to receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries from faculty members in faculties.
